Their return policy was unrealistic; they give you a day to put the book, in the mail, which is not that easy if it requires you to actually go to the post office. The next issue was after I returned the book. The book was packaged sufficiently for safe return, although the seller only gave me 50% of the purchase price, the seller claims that there was some damage from the original shipping, which is impossible because the book was never removed from its original packaging, except to put it into a new mailing package. Overall, I was VERY DISAPPOINTED with how the company handled the return. The seller was fair if you are 100% that the book is the one you need.
